Content & Production
AI Video Editor
Own our video editing with AI: turn lessons, interviews and ideas into compelling stories and educational visuals.
The difference you can make
Make the video that helps someone believe a different future is possible, then gives them something useful to learn and act on.
The role
Be our dedicated video editor, combining professional editing with hands-on AI production. Shape recorded lessons, podcast interviews, short clips and original explainers into finished work. Use generative visuals and animation where they strengthen the story, with careful human judgment over every final frame.
What you’ll own
- Edit recorded lessons and interviews, cut short-form stories, and turn approved scripts or storyboards into explainers and motion sequences.
- Own pacing, sound, color, captions and graphics; combine generation, selection and compositing in a repeatable editing workflow.
- Check visual continuity, factual meaning, artifacts, accessibility, and the rights or permissions for every asset.
- Deliver organized source files and editable projects; document tools, rights, costs and review notes so the team can reuse and maintain the work.
What you’ll bring
- Hands-on AI video editing experience demonstrated by finished work you personally made.
- A professional editing foundation plus experience using generative video, image, voice, or animation tools.
- Ability to show before-and-after examples and explain which parts were generated, edited, or manually corrected.
- Care with likeness and voice permission, asset licensing, factual accuracy, and misleading synthetic content.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 days: produce a small approved example set and document quality, rights, and cost checks.
- By day 60: deliver an agreed production batch using a repeatable workflow and shared visual standards.
- By day 90: demonstrate reliable quality and measured production savings without sacrificing accuracy.
