Money back guarantee
Your first purchase of each tier (Genesis, Premium and VIP) has a seven day (168 hour) conditional guarantee. Complete and save the full Planning process honestly, and submit your request within seven days of that tier’s first successful payment. Saved Planning completed before purchase also counts.
Jenny reviews your saved Planning completion evidence. If the conditions are met, your membership purchase is refunded in full manually.
You do not need to connect a bank, make a deposit, place a trade, or have a positive balance to qualify. Honest manual entries are allowed.
Each tier has its own first purchase window, and renewals or repeat purchases of the same tier don’t restart it. Your first upgrade into a new tier starts that tier’s window. An upgrade refund restores the prior paid tier through its original term end and doesn’t reset its older guarantee.

No. Keep your existing subscription and log in here with the same email. Manage that subscription in Skool. Contact the team before switching to Stripe so you do not pay for two subscriptions.
Paid on demand AI trader training and our community are on Skool. The team helps connect your access after purchase; checkout does not automatically create a Skool account. Free membership includes the website Autonomous Trader, Beacon and basic setup instructions, but not the Skool training or community.
Cancellation is separate from a refund request. Canceling renewal stops the next membership term; it does not itself request or issue a refund. On a four payment annual plan, unpaid installments for the current year remain due and collection continues. This guarantee is additional to any refund, cancellation, or other consumer rights required by applicable law. Its deadline and Planning conditions do not limit those rights.
Bank refresh is currently manual: connect an eligible bank when available, then import and review its latest records. Genesis, Premium and VIP include automatic transaction organization. Ongoing background bank updates are not available yet.
