The role
This is the closer role for CoinPicks education enrollment. Explain program scope, commitments, and pricing accurately; support informed decisions and a clear onboarding handoff. The role does not provide personalized investment advice or promise investment returns.
What you’ll own
- Prepare for and run enrollment conversations using the prospect’s stated learning goals and circumstances.
- Explain the approved program, price, terms, and next steps clearly; avoid pressure or unsupported claims.
- Record accurate outcomes, objections, commitments, and follow-up notes in the CRM.
- Coordinate with Growth Strategists and onboarding; review conversion quality, cancellations, and feedback with the team.
What you’ll bring
- Demonstrated consultative enrollment or closing experience, with a clear explanation of your results and responsibilities.
- Strong listening, qualification, objection-handling, and follow-through skills.
- Comfort using a CRM, calendars, call reviews, and accurate pipeline reporting.
- Judgment to decline a poor fit, respect communication preferences, and keep education separate from investment recommendations.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 days: learn the programs and approved claims, observe calls, and demonstrate an accurate enrollment conversation.
- By day 60: manage an agreed pipeline with complete notes, dependable follow-up, and clear onboarding handoffs.
- By day 90: review conversion, customer fit, and cancellation patterns against an agreed baseline and coaching plan.
All ranges are in USD. Full-time roles show annual base salary; part-time, project and fractional roles show hourly rates. Commission is separate from base pay. All roles are in person in downtown Orlando, Florida. Final pay, scope, hours and any commission terms will be agreed in writing before an offer or engagement.
