Education Enrollment
Chief Strategist Manager
Manage the Chief Strategist team. Proven personal results as a Chief Strategist or equivalent enrollment closer are required.
Required experience
You must already be proven as a Chief Strategist or equivalent consultative enrollment closer before applying to manage this team. Management experience alone does not meet this requirement. Every candidate completes the full application, evidence review, interviews and practical work discussion.
The difference you can make
Help every Chief Strategist deliver a thoughtful enrollment experience and build a team whose results earn trust.
The role
Lead all CoinPicks Chief Strategists and own the performance, coaching and development of the enrollment closing team. Bring a demonstrated personal closing track record and the ability to help others improve. Work with the Growth Strategist Manager to turn qualified appointments into informed enrollment decisions and reliable onboarding handoffs.
What you’ll own
- Recruit, onboard, train and manage Chief Strategists; establish clear expectations, regular one-to-ones and individual development plans.
- Review calls, coach discovery and objection handling, and demonstrate the enrollment standard through your own work.
- Own team pipeline reviews, forecasts and reporting on qualified-call conversion, collected revenue, cancellations and customer fit.
- Coordinate lead allocation, appointment handoffs and follow-up with the Growth Strategist Manager and onboarding team using the existing CRM workflow.
- Hold the team accountable for accurate program explanations, respectful conversations and agreed written terms; address poor performance with specific coaching and follow-up.
What you’ll bring
- Required: a proven personal track record as a Chief Strategist or equivalent education enrollment closer, with results, time periods, lead context and your own contribution explained.
- Evidence of coaching or leading closers and improving team performance, supported by a permission-safe case study or anonymized work sample.
- Strong call review, pipeline forecasting, CRM reporting, hiring and people management skills.
- Judgment to prioritize customer fit, explain education accurately and prevent pressure tactics or promises of investment returns.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 days: learn the programs, demonstrate the enrollment process, review team calls and establish a baseline for conversion, customer fit and follow-up.
- By day 60: run a consistent coaching and forecasting cadence, agree development plans and address the highest-priority hiring or training gaps.
- By day 90: show evidence of team improvement against the agreed baseline, including conversion quality and cancellations, and present the next staffing plan.
