What you’ll bring
- Evidence of delivering events with responsibility for logistics, budgets, and vendors.
- Strong project organization and calm communication when schedules or plans change.
- Comfort with registration tools, spreadsheets, online event platforms, and attendee support.
- Ability to plan inclusive attendee experiences and agree any travel or out-of-hours requirements in advance.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 days: map the event calendar, inventory current tools, and create a budget and planning template.
- By day 60: prepare the next agreed event with confirmed owners, suppliers, attendee communications, and contingencies.
- By day 90: deliver or fully prepare that event, depending on its date, with an accurate budget and a documented review.
