The role
This is the appointment setter role. Respond to interested prospects, understand their learning goals, and book suitable conversations with Chief Strategists. Success includes useful conversations, accurate records, and appointments people understand and choose to attend.
What you’ll own
- Respond to assigned inquiries through approved channels and explain the purpose of an enrollment conversation.
- Ask clear qualification questions, record relevant context, and route people to the appropriate next step.
- Book and confirm appointments, handle reschedules, and provide complete handoff notes to Chief Strategists.
- Keep CRM tasks current and track response time, qualified bookings, attendance, and follow-up quality.
What you’ll bring
- Relevant appointment setting, customer support, sales development, or other customer-facing experience.
- Clear written and spoken communication, active listening, and reliable follow-through.
- Comfort with a CRM, shared calendars, and feedback on calls or messages.
- Respect for consent, opt-outs, and truthful program descriptions; no investment-return claims or personalized investment advice.
Your first 90 days
- First 30 days: learn the programs, qualification guidelines, communication standards, and booking workflow.
- By day 60: manage assigned inquiries with timely responses, clean records, and consistent handoffs.
- By day 90: improve qualified attendance and follow-up quality against a baseline agreed with the team.
All ranges are in USD. Full-time roles show annual base salary; part-time, project and fractional roles show hourly rates. Commission is separate from base pay. All roles are in person in downtown Orlando, Florida. Final pay, scope, hours and any commission terms will be agreed in writing before an offer or engagement.
