The role

Bring strong writing fundamentals, curiosity and the drive to develop into an excellent AI-powered copywriter. Support social content and marketing campaigns while learning advanced copywriting and conversion strategies. Extensive professional experience is not required; writing quality must be demonstrated.

What you’ll own

  • Write tweets, marketing emails, headlines, titles and descriptions.
  • Support social content and marketing campaigns with the team.
  • Use AI tools to research, draft and improve content, checking the final work yourself.
  • Learn advanced copywriting and conversion strategies through feedback and practice.

What you’ll bring

  • Strong writing fundamentals and samples that demonstrate creativity and persuasive writing.
  • Familiarity with AI writing tools and willingness to learn more advanced workflows.
  • Three writing samples, including at least one tweet and one marketing email; personal or practice work is welcome.
Your first 90 days
  1. First 30 days: learn the brand voice and draft supervised writing assignments.
  2. By day 60: contribute social and email copy and apply editorial feedback consistently.
  3. By day 90: deliver an agreed writing workload with stronger quality and a repeatable AI workflow.

All ranges are in USD. Full-time roles show annual base salary; part-time, project and fractional roles show hourly rates. Commission is separate from base pay. All roles are in person in downtown Orlando, Florida. Final pay, scope, hours and any commission terms will be agreed in writing before an offer or engagement.
